How do I book a ride?
Open the ICABS app, enter your destination, choose your vehicle type, and tap "Request Ride". A nearby driver will be matched to you.
How do I cancel a ride?
You can cancel a ride from the ride tracking screen before the driver arrives. Tap the cancel button and confirm your cancellation.
What payment methods are accepted?
ICABS accepts M-Pesa mobile money, wallet balance, cash payments, and corporate billing for registered organizations.
How do I become a driver?
Download the ICABS app, register as a driver, submit your documents (license, insurance, vehicle details), and complete the verification process.
How do I report a safety concern?
Use the SOS button available during any active ride, or contact our support team directly via email or phone.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
